What's Involved?

Taught courses are how the majority of us have learnt previously. In a nutshell, a taught course is a bit like going to college. You turn up for all of your lectures / seminars and a tutor guides you and the rest of the group through your learning. Our Sessions are fun and interactive and we always ensure we cater for every student individually. Our maximum group size for a taught course is 15 so you can expect a fair amount of tutor attention.

Where Fit4Training is different to a college, is that we arrange our courses at times and venues that are convenient and provide a more realistic course. Many taught courses are delivered during evenings and weekends and they are all taught in working gyms - not sterile facilities.

The main advantage to a taught course is obviously the amount of practical input a tutor can have. Fitness, at the end of the day is a highly practical industry and so it makes sense that those who are less experienced, confident or skilled practically, use taught courses as the basis for their learning.
