The Level 3 Award in Sports Conditioning is accredited by YMCA Awards and recognised by CIMSPA.
It will equip instructors with the skills to design fitness programmes to improve performance within a specific sporting events.

UNIT 1 - Exercise Programming for Sports Conditioning
Assessed via a knowledge questions worksheet and case study, including client profile, sports profile, needs analysis, movement analysis and periodised programme.
What is the entry requirement for this course?
You must have a recognised Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification in order to complete this course or you can complete them in conjunction with each other.
Study & Assessment Options
This qualification is offered as a DISTANCE LEARNING course.
The DISTANCE LEARNING course includes a sports conditioning text to study from, assessment guidance and templates, digital submission of coursework.
All students have up to 12 months to complete and pass all assessments in order to achieve the qualification.
