The YMCA Awards Level 3 Award in Adapting Exercise for Antenatal and Postnatal Clients recognises the skills, knowledge and competence required of an individual, in order to work in an unsupervised capacity, covering the considerations for safe and effective exercise as well as how to plan and adapt exercise programmes for antenatal and postnatal clients.

This is a distance learning course, where coursework can be submitted via email or post and attendance is required for the final exam.
