Level 3 Performance Massage

The Level 3 Diploma in Performance Massage qualification provides you with the knowledge and skills to provide massage for preparation and recovery from physical activity and exercise on non-pathological/ non-injured soft tissue perhaps in conjunction with personal training. 

Level 2 Long-Term Behaviour Change

Develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours of qualified fitness instructors for them to be able to work with inactive people (adults) with no pre-existing health conditions. Upon completion, you will be able to plan and deliver programmes of physical activity that can engage individuals and positively challenge behaviours for the long term.

Ideal for those wanting to expand their expertise and confidently guide women through safe and supportive fitness journeys before, during, and after pregnancy.

Train to become an exercise for disabled clients specialist with the YMCA Awards Level 3 Award in Programming and Supervising Exercise with Disabled Clients.

Level 4 Sports Massage Therapy

At Level 4, a Sports Massage Therapist practitioners role includes planning, providing and evaluating sports massage treatments to seek to correct common patterns of dysfunction, and/or pre-diagnosed injuries, using a range of basic and advanced assessment and massage and manual therapy techniques.
